Andy Emler is well known for his multiple compositions for large orchestras and symphonic works, for his piano concerto and his trio concerto, created by the "Lille Orchestra" and Jean-Claude Casadesus.
He is also known for his work with smaller ensembles such as the "ETE Trio", with double bassist Claude Tchamitchian and drummer Eric Echampard, the pipe organ and saxophone duo with Dave Liebman ( 2018), the saxophone and piano duo with Thomas de Pourquery, and his collaboration with Ballaké Sissoko.
Andy Emler is also the creator and leader of the famous French large ensemble the "MegaOctet", with 30 years of existence and with whom, he had recorded 8 albums and has been rewarded with several prices such as two "Victores de la Musique" and three "Djangos d’or", among others.
